NSA Phone Records

    Well this is a very arguable topic and many know at least a little about it!

    So the program I am referring to will be the one were the NSA is recording all American phone call meta data.

    Should the unwarranted collection of this data be allowed and is it Constitutional and why?

    Here are a few points to think about:
    - Any other agency would need to first get a courts approval (Warrant) to get this information from the phone companies.
    - They claim that no terrorist plot has been foiled from this program.

    Let get your thoughts on this.
